• Pay applicable subscription and referral fees

6. Fees and Payment

Property owners use our matching services at no charge. Property managers may be subject to subscription fees and/or referral fees as outlined in their service agreement.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of information provided by third parties
• The quality of services provided by property managers
• That you will find a suitable property manager
• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability

8. Limitation of Liability

Propertifi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Propertifi from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
